We are happy to grant a free exchange for your new unworn swimwear. Tropic House Swim does not offer refunds and our policy is a one time exchange only policy. 

For all exchanges, items must be returned within 10 business days from the date of receiving the item. 

U.S. customers receive free shipping both ways on exchanges. For exchanges outside the U.S., the cost of shipping is not covered.


Please note:

• We offer an exchange only. International shipping is non refundable. 

• All exchange items must be unused and undamaged with its original hang tag and sanitary strip attached.

• To make an exchange just email us at or message us on IG @TropicHouseSwim and we'll send a mailing label! We'd love to help you get the perfect swimsuit.

• Once we have received your merchandise, we will inspect your order to ensure that it is unwashed, unworn, and in unused condition with sanitary pads and tags still attached. Please allow 1-3 business days for your exchange to be processed once we have received your item.

• You will receive an email once we have received and shipped your exchange!

  • For best results, wash in a mesh laundry bag or hand wash with cold water and detergent
  • Dry in shade
  • Do not bleach
  • Do not iron

How soon will my order arrive?

  • All US orders ship free and arrive in 3-4 business days. Orders shipping outside the U.S. take 7-21 days to arrive.
  • Shipping to countries outside the United States is free for orders $125+, otherwise the shipping cost is $9.99. (Shipping costs are not covered for exchanges outside of the U.S.)


What size should I order?
