EXCHANGE POLICY

Feel free to contact us with any questions by messaging us through our contact page or on Instagram @TropicHouseSwim! We will usually respond within minutes!

We are happy to grant a free exchange for your new swimwear from our luxe reversible collection. Tropic House Swim does not offer refunds and our policy is a one time exchange only policy. 

For all exchanges, items must be returned within 10 business days from the date of receiving the item. 

U.S. customers receive free shipping both ways on exchanges. For exchanges outside the U.S., shipping is at the cost of the buyer.

Items from our swim & sport steals collection are final sale as each piece is made to order.

 

Please note:

• We offer exchanges only on luxe reversible swimsuits. International shipping is non refundable. 

• All exchange items must be unused and undamaged with its original hang tag and sanitary strip attached.

• To make an exchange just email us at aloha@tropichouseswim.com or message us on IG @TropicHouseSwim and we'll send an exchange label! We'd love to help you get the suit you love. 

• Once we have received your merchandise, we will inspect your order to ensure that it is unwashed, unworn, and in unused condition with sanitary pads and tags still attached. Please allow 1-3 business days for your exchange to be processed once we have received your item.

• You will receive an email once we have received and shipped your exchange!
